Until we all change our daily eating style it is impossible to provide these whole food anti-oxidants. That is the reason we are so enthused about NanoGreens. We encourage you to use NanoGreens as a daily supplement until you create an optimal whole foods eating plan. A one scoop serving, 12 grams, has an ORAC value of 7000. The highly acclaimed and rightly so, value of 100 grams of fresh blueberries is about 2500 ORAC units.
